Shipping policy

At Genzee Clothing, we understand that once you place an order, you want it delivered to you as quickly and safely as possible. We work with trusted courier partners to ensure a smooth delivery experience across Pakistan.

🚚 Shipping Charges

FREE SHIPPING on orders of Rs. 5,000 or above.
A flat Rs. 300 delivery charge applies to orders below Rs. 5,000.

📦 Order Processing & Dispatch

Orders placed before 5:00 PM (Pakistan Standard Time) are normally dispatched on the same working day.
Orders placed after 5:00 PM will be dispatched on the next working day.
Orders placed on Sundays and public/national holidays will be processed on the next working day.

⏱️ Delivery Time

Standard delivery usually takes 4–7 working days.
During mega sales, festive seasons, or periods of high order volume, delivery may take longer than usual due to increased courier volumes.
No deliveries are made on Sundays.
Delivery times may also vary depending on the destination and courier service availability.

🏠 Delivery Address

Orders will be delivered to the home or office address provided during checkout.
Please make sure your complete address and active phone number are provided to avoid delivery delays.
We currently do not deliver to PO Boxes.
The courier may contact you by phone before or during delivery.
Multiple delivery attempts may be made by the courier before an order is returned to us.

💳 Advance Payment

For self-collection orders or areas where reliable courier service is unavailable, advance payment may be required before the order is dispatched.
