Refund policy
At Genzee Clothing, your satisfaction is our priority. We carefully inspect every order before dispatch to ensure you receive the quality you expect. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our refund policy is designed to make the process simple and transparent.
Refund Eligibility
Refund requests may be considered under the following conditions:
- The product must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in its original condition.
- Original tags/labels and packaging must be intact.
- Refund requests must be submitted within 3 days of receiving the order.
- A valid Order Number or Order Receipt is required.
- Products purchased under Sale, Bundle, or Clearance offers are not eligible for refunds.
Refund Amount
If you simply change your mind or no longer want the product, 80% of the product amount will be refunded.
The following may be deducted from the refund amount:
- Original delivery charges
- Applicable packing/material charges
- Any other applicable service charges
Refunds will be processed through Bank Transfer, Easypaisa, or JazzCash.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged, incorrectly described, or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible.
After reviewing the issue, Genzee Clothing may provide a replacement or refund, including applicable delivery charges where appropriate.
Please provide clear pictures/videos of the issue along with your Order Number to help us resolve your request quickly.

Refunds are processed only after the returned product has been received and inspected by our team. Items that do not meet the return conditions may not qualify for a refund.
