SHIPPING POLICY
At Genzee Clothing, we work hard to get your order packed and delivered to you as quickly and safely as possible. Please review our shipping guidelines below:
🚚 Shipping Charges
- FREE SHIPPING on all orders of Rs. 5,000 or above.
- A flat Rs. 300 delivery charge applies to orders below Rs. 5,000.
📦 Order Processing & Dispatch
- Orders placed before 5:00 PM (Pakistan Standard Time) are normally dispatched the same day through a registered courier service.
- Orders placed after 5:00 PM will be dispatched on the next working day.
- Orders placed on Sundays or Pakistan's public/national holidays will be processed on the next working day.
⏱️ Delivery Time
- Standard delivery usually takes 4–7 working days.
- During mega sales, festive seasons, or periods of high order volume, delivery may take up to 7 working days or slightly longer due to courier delays.
- Deliveries are not made on Sundays.
🏠 Delivery Address
- We deliver to the home or office address provided at checkout.
- Please make sure your address and contact number are correct to avoid delivery delays.
- We currently do not deliver to PO Boxes.
- A signature or confirmation may be required when receiving your parcel.
- Our courier partner may make up to two delivery attempts at the provided address.
💳 Self-Collection & Unserviceable Areas
For self-collection orders or locations where reliable courier service is unavailable, advance payment may be required before dispatch.
