RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At Genzee Clothing, we want your online shopping experience to be simple, convenient, and worry-free. We carefully check every order before dispatch, but if something isn’t right, our Return & Exchange Policy is here to help.

Easy Return & Exchange

If you change your mind or are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return or exchange within 3 days of receiving your order, subject to the conditions below.

📦 Return/Exchange Window: You can request a return or exchange within 3 days of receiving your order.
👕 The product must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and returned with its original tags/labels and packaging intact.
💰 Refunds: If you request a refund, 80% of the product amount will be refunded. Delivery charges and applicable packing/material charges will be deducted.
💳 Refunds will be processed through Bank Transfer, Easypaisa, or JazzCash.
🔄 Exchange: For an exchange, our rider will bring your replacement item, collect the original item, and hand over the new one after checking the returned product.
🚚 Exchange Charges: A service/exchange charge of Rs. 350–500, depending on the order size, will apply.
🏷️ Sale, Bundle & Clearance Items: Products purchased under Sale, Bundle, or Clearance offers are not eligible for return or exchange.
⏰ Important: Any exchange request made after 5–6 hours of receiving/collecting the order will not be entertained.

FAULTY OR WRONG ITEMS

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, incorrectly described, or different from the size/product you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will review the issue and, where applicable, provide a replacement or refund, including relevant delivery charges.
